Pilates Group Virtual Mat Classes.

Breath work and creative movement variations are at the core of these Pilates mat classes which are based on an evolved application of the original Contrology exercises developed by Joseph Pilates. Drawing from a variety of different somatic and movement modalities, these classes challenge one’s strength, potential, and possibilities, through nuanced movement changes, which in turn develop and strengthen youthful agility and balance to the body.
Somatic Group Movement Classes.

Somatic movement classes provide a therapeutic floor workout which incorporates mindful movements to improve mobility and balance in the body. The movements work with whole body reflexive muscle patterns of the nervous system, and are suited to all ages and abilities, as participants are able to work at their own level of fitness. Whether you wish to remove chronic pain from your body, or want to regain lost mobility in the spine, hips and shoulders, you will find this class an excellent resource for improving quality of life.
